expanded its coverage into East Africa by appointing Kenyan CPA firm Abdulwahid Aboo
& Company as a member of its network.

Abdulwahid Aboo & Company was founded in 1980 by Abdulwahid ('Wahid') Aboo. It
offers a comprehensive range of professional services including accounting,
auditing, tax consulting and compliance, management consulting, corporate finance
assistance and investment advice. Associated companies in the Aboo Group provide
legal, company secretarial and insurance brokerage services.

The firm has its head office in Mombasa, Kenya's principal port and its second city.
A new office has just been opened in Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya. There is

Wahid Aboo heads the entire Aboo Group. Mohamed Yusuf Abdulla is responsible for
audit and administration in the Mombasa office. The tax and management consulting

corporate finance and investment advice department. Saima Aboo is in charge of the
secretarial and compliance department, as well as audit and administration at the
Nairobi office. And Zulifiquar Aboo heads audit and administration at the Malindi

Wahid Aboo is a Certified Public Accountant and a Member of the National Council of
